New rules for Demigodz (by XiaoFang, Former Demi)
1. Flooding in the gang and alliance chat window will not be tolerated. Any member who does so will be warned. Continued flooding will result in being expelled.
2. During club wars, only Gang officers and Gang Leaders are allowed to use the alliance chat. Do not issue commands to other members, as this will confuse other members of the gang. Warnings will be handed out,
and if the member continues to do so, gang leaders have been designated to expel such members.
Examples of commands during CW:
"GO! GO! GOOOO!!!!"
"PASOKKKKK!!!"
The above commands should only come from gang officers and gang leaders.
3. Any member not obeying commands from the gang officers and leaders will be expelled. Warnings may come, depending on the gang leader or officer's prerogative. Insubordination is not tolerated.
Members caught doing the above offenses will be given warnings. If the member continues to do such things, gang leaders and officers have been directed to use the expel function in the gang window. Warnings may be skipped, depending on the gravity of the member's actions.

This council hereby acknowledges its function as a primary assembly of DemiGodz members called together for consultations, deliberations, and club discussions. The following rules and regulations shall guide the council members through the process of performing their duties.

The Duties of the DemiGodz Council
The council shall serve as a representative of the DemiGodz Club and Alliances to establish its policies and to assist the Gang Masters in the performance of their duties.
The council shall act as a body with which members of the Club and Alliances may consult their concerns involving personal and behavioral matters.
The council shall act as a body that will precede before a deliberation between members and/or parties with disagreements due to misunderstanding, false impression, misapprehension, misconception, misinterpretation.
The council shall act as a body that will receive and post open discussions and proposals/suggestions from members of the Club and Alliances.
The council shall act as a legislative body that will formulate and implement the Laws of the DemiGodz Club and Alliances.
The council shall act as a body that will suggest and perform necessary disciplinary actions on members who are violating the set rules and regulations of the DemiGodz Club and Alliances.
The DemiGodz Council Guidelines
Whenever a member wishes to inquire about anything that involves the Club's activities and members, and instances where immediate action or member counseling is required, the Council shall be there to answer. Should there be any consultation that will require the recommendations and decisions of the Club Masters, the Council shall relay the queries to the concerned Club Masters.
Whenever disagreements due to misunderstanding, misconception, false impression, misapprehension, misinterpretation arise between members and/or parties, there shall be an immediate deliberation of the Council. The Council shall conduct a discussion with the involved parties and shall consider all sides of an issue before coming up with a decision. This and the flow of the discussion shall determine the necessary disciplinary actions for guilty parties.
Whenever a member wishes to recommend, suggest a proposal that may contribute to the betterment and improvement of the Club, the Council shall be there to have the suggestion heard. Once the Councilors have come up with a decision regarding this matter, the information and details of the proposal shall be forwarded to the Club Masters for final recommendations and confirmation.
The Council shall come up with sets of rule and regulations that shall be made the essential foundation and framework of our Club. These rules and regulations shall be formulated to set and govern the means of running a club party, ways of handling and resolving disagreements within the Club and Alliances, behavior of members during Club Wars, and other aspects of the Club that need necessary regulations. The formulation of laws shall be followed by the discussion with Club Masters before confirming its effectivity. These laws shall be implemented once a formal announcement of its existence is made by Club Masters and Officers.
Once one of the existing rules and regulations of the Club and Alliances is violated by member/s, either out of ignorance or outright defiance of the laws, the Council shall proceed with necessary processes including discussion with the violator/s. The proceedings shall take its grounds on existing rules and regulations governing the proper handling and resolving of violators' cases. Once a case is resolved and decisions are finalized, final recommendation shall come from the Club Masters concerned.
The powers of the Council are limited to the above-mentioned responsibilities. The Council may be authorized by Club Master/s to perform extra functions, such as forced expulsion of members, recruitment of new Club members, etc.
PARTY RULES For D3miGodz

The following rules shall, as much as possible, be followed and implemented by members of a gang party while leveling up and by leaders of parties other than gang parties. Though specific ruling may come from the party leader, the following rules were formulated to guide him/her as well as members in initiating and carrying out a party.
RULES IN CHOOSING MEMBERS
1. The party leader has the freedom in choosing his party members. He/she may recruit members from other gangs as long our gang leaders and sub-GLs are not calling for gang parties. First-come-first-served rule shall be observed.
2. In gang parties, as long as there are still free slots, members from other gangs may join the party. The party leader must see to it that the member from other gang understands that his/her presence in the party is only temporary until a gang member has announced his/her need for a party.
3. When a member experiences lag and eventually gets disconnected, he shall get his slot reserved for one (1) hour. During this time, the leader may recruit a substitute who shall be considered as a temporary member until the disconnected member gets in.
4. A member who temporarily cannot join the a party, for whatever reason other than connection problems (AFK, Suryuns, etc.), must leave a message to the party leader about the reason. The party leader may have a specific ruling on slot reservation for the said member.
5. A reserved slot shall be given to others when the member who sought the reservation wasn't able to arrive at the time agreed upon by the member and the party leader.
RULES ON ITEMS AND GOLD
Item and Gold Allocation
1. The party leader shall discuss the allocation among his members before starting a party and to any member who will join the party. There are two commonly used allocations for parties: [1] "Alternate" for items. "Even Share" for coin, and [2] "Leader" for items, "Even Share" for coin. The party leader may choose between these two. As much as possible, the leader should avoid keeping the party with "Free" item and coin allocation.
Rules in Item Looting in a Alternate-item-allocation parties
1. If the members want the items to be distributed to them alternately, they must see to it that before a member picks up the dropped items, all members must be within the spot. Members who are not in the spot will not get its share in the item drops.
2. Members must be aware of the items that are dropped by other members. These items should be returned to the owner as soon as possible. As much as possible, this shall be done right after the monster killing is already through.
3. Looting system shall not be observed. Any member who is obviously enjoying picking up the rare items shall not be tolerated. In an alternate-items party, everybody should benefit from the drops. When I rare item, which you wanted to get, has gone to another member, you may talk to him/her nicely to get that item you desire. You cannot force him/her to give it to you though. Remember that anything that touches the floor is free for everybody.
Rules in item looting in a Leader-item-allocation parties
1. The leader shall be the one who will set the rules for this set up. What kind of items to include in the rotation shall be discussed among the members. Usually, in this kind of party, rare items are distributed by the leader to the members following the sequence of the members in the party window in order for everybody to have a fare share from the drops.
2. The leader shall see to it that his inventory is not full and is within the spot while the items are picked up. In order not to get his inventory filled, he shall distribute the items immediately after mob-killing. If ever the party leader is not available in the spot yet during item looting, members should take note of where the items are going and resume the item rotation.
RULES ON FATE BOXES
1. As much as possible, members shall pick up a fate box while everybody is within the party spot. The effect of fate box cannot be experienced by a member who is not within the spot.
2. There are seven possible fate boxes that you may pick up during a party. These are listed below and arranged according to their desirable effect, the first being the most desirable box for a party.

-Bomb!
3. Commonly, during Exp Time and Power Up, members are not allowed to pick another box until the effect has vanished. Whenever a member looses the effect of the box due to its character's death or teleportation, he is required to wait until the party announces the need for another fate box. Same must be observed by a newly recruited member when he joined the party while it is under the effect of a fate box. It will be good if somebody announces the need for a fate box whenever the party looses the effect of a fate box.
RULES ON MONSTER LURING AND KILLING
1. The members may lure wherever they want. There should be no minimum number of monsters to be lured as long as he/she can withstand the monsters attacks. Take note that there is no such thing as luring spot. So wherever you lure, you should feel confident that you are not violating any in-game rule. The E-games in-game rules related to this matter shall apply.
2. During killing, the members shall wait for everybody to arrive within the party spot. Members who are not within the spot will not gain the experience given by monsters killed by others early. No fast-killing as we say.
RULES ON PARTY SPOTS
1. Before securing a spot for a party, one must see to it that no other party is within the spot. There is no such thing as spot taken, so as much as possible, fill in the party slots and start right away before somebody else try to steal the spot.
2. Everybody is aware of how a party is carried out in each party spot. Further rules regarding this will no longer be elaborated here. Specific rules shall come from the party leader.
3. Spot saving by members is possible. When the member decided not to go on leveling, he may be requested to stay AFK on the party spot chosen by the members of the gang in order to save it for the gang party. The gang party on the saved spot may be started anytime as soon as members of the gang will announce their need for a party.
4. With the above condition, the spot saver gets the privilege of taking over the party as the party leader. If ever the party had already started with the spot saver still AFK, there shall be a party slot reserved for the spot saver. He/she will have his/her slot for the party as soon as he/she announces his/her desire for a party.
5. When the spot saver decided no to join the on-going party, the spot saver shall see to it that the party spot will formally turned over to the party leader. The party leader shall then be authorized to continuously guard to spot from others who will try to steal the spot.
RULES ON AFK MEMBERS
1. The party leader shall, as much as possible, not tolerate members to go AFK for too much time. The member who wants to go AFK shall leave a excusable reason before doing so.
2. As much as possible, the AFK member shall stay not within the party spot. This is in order to avoid loss of EXP, items, and most of all to avoid leeching. He/she may stay in any safe places like the Campus.
3. Exceptions from the above rule shall be upon the discretion of the party leader. For instances where the party leader is the one who does not follow the above rule without acceptable reason, the party members shall have the right to regroup the party into a new one. The former party leader shall regain his/her slot as soon as he gets back to the game.
